The project will be designed to create places on a human scale and not on an automobile scale, so that the experience brings out the best in humanity and encourages interaction, so we will have only 7 kilometers of streets and 25 kilometers of pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes or walkways, inverting the mobility pyramid within the community.

All primary transportation, road and non-building infrastructures should be equally accessible to all citizens, regardless of their origin, age and physical condition, and reasonable measures should be taken to ensure that all persons can benefit from the Community.

Development should incorporate access to basic community services and amenities that support the health, dignity and rights of all people. All residents should have close access to communal transportation and multimodal transportation nodes.

We commit to donate for every peso spent on the project 0.005% of the investment to a charitable organization for sustainable infrastructure or community development projects benefiting vulnerable groups.

The Community should contribute to creating a more just and equitable society through the transparent disclosure of the business practices of the main organizations, companies and associations involved in the construction and operation of the Community.
