We will use community planning and design as a tool to foster a true sense of community, equity and full inclusion.
Any member of the community may have free access to forested areas, community, cultural or spiritual spaces, with the exception of ecosystem preservation zones where only regeneration, protection and research activities may be carried out.
The Nacelagua Sanctuary is consecrated to spirituality, so anyone outside the community, especially indigenous and religious groups and associations that have used the space since ancestral times, can visit it freely, following the rules established for its protection and maintenance.
The project will be designed to create places on a human scale and not on an automobile scale, so that the experience brings out the best in humanity and encourages interaction, so we will have only 7 kilometers of streets and 25 kilometers of pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes or walkways, inverting the mobility pyramid within the community.
