Petal Intent
We will apply a concept of planning, design and operation of the Community focusing on the human being as the main driver for decision making, creating spaces that encourage social interaction, inclusion and respect for the cultural, historical and natural identity of Reserva Santa Fe.
We take on the challenge of ensuring that our Development has healthy and regenerative environments in both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the Community.
In order to maintain the continuity of the processes of cohesion, security, health and well-being of the community, we propose the establishment of a Colonos Association that participates in the design and execution of community strengthening programs.
The intention of the Health and Happiness Petal is to focus on the main conditions that must be in place to create robust and healthy communities filled with happy and productive people, centering the planning focus on the human being and the way he or she interacts with his or her environment and with others.

Civilized Environment
The Community should permanently foster social connections between people by planning, designing and constructing spaces that promote connectivity and inclusion in a civilized environment for all.

Health Neighborhood Design
The Community should incorporate design features and strategies to promote and optimize the health and well-being of its residents, where passive and active recreational spaces exist in close proximity to any point of human concentration (residential buildings, community buildings, and single-family developments).

Biophilic Environment<
The community must be designed to include elements that foster the innate connection between humans and nature. For this, there will be a Reference Framework and a Biophilic Design Plan, which will take into account the historical, cultural, ecological and climatic studies we have conducted over the last 20 years, where each built space must be a natural and harmonious extension of the great biodiverse and biocultural mosaic of Reserva Santa Fe.

Resilient Community Connections
The Community should incorporate community design features, strategies and programs that ensure resilience through infrastructure, community resources and social interactions in order to cope with natural or man-made disturbances that may occur over time.
