Urban Agriculture
We will have more than 27 hectares of productive forests with wild species (mushrooms and herbaceous plants), greenhouses and a “healthy harvest” network in collaboration with neighboring communities, where we will produce at least 50% of the food consumed by the community.

We will conserve in perpetuity 110 hectares of forest within Reserva Santa Fe and 74 hectares of priority ecosystems outside our property.

Human-Powered Living
We will have a low-emission internal public transportation network, 7 kilometers of streets for vehicular traffic, 25 kilometers of walkways and pedestrian paths, as well as a bike-sharing program.
