Our commitment is to provide a sustainable and effective water supply solution for our community. To achieve this, we have set our sights on reaching 100% supply through rainwater harvesting.
Our community will be disconnected from the municipal sewage system, so we will treat 100% of the wastewater on site by chlorine-free biological means.
Additionally, we have taken on the challenge of returning to the ecosystem at least an additional 5% of the total water required to operate the development, so we will have a central rainwater collection system and a network of open-air channels within the forest to reach 3 infiltration wells that will inject directly to the water table the water resource captured and the surplus from the operation in all the buildings and homes of the community.
100% of the Community’s water needs must be met through rainfall catchment or other natural closed-loop water systems, and/or through recycling of used community water, and must be purified as necessary without the use of chemicals.
