It was built in the vicinity of Lake #2, in an area that had been heavily affected by rainfed farming practices until the late 1980s.

Water

It counts with a rainwater harvesting system and a closed-cycle chlorine-free biological graywater treatment model.

Energy

The building is completely off-grid and is powered by photovoltaic energy and a battery storage system.

Materials

In its construction, 673 different materials were used and underwent a rigorous validation process to meet the certification requirements.

Equity

The building is equipped with accessible facilities for all persons and there are no gender divisions in the bathrooms, which avoids any type of discrimination.

Beauty

The design of the building was integrated into the landscape, considering shapes, lighting, proportions and colors. These elements were harmoniously combined to reflect the unique connection with nature and the biodiversity of the environment.
